From you answer to the previous question, what are you reasons for this degree of importance? Some answers included:
  • Helps develop fine motor skills. Develop creativity and imagination, lateral and abstract thinking. Later development of writing skills and language 
  •  helps with creativity as well opening up options for our children. Teaches them to think outside the box
  • because it is important for he children to learn and know about art 
  • It encourages children to express themselves in a healthy way, and fosters their emotional well-being. It also encourages children to explore and to think creatively. 
  • Creativity, use of imaginations,  
  • Children learn through doing things and art is an great way to test abilities and communicate. They can test boundaries and allow for children to try many things as clay for example can be moulded many times
